A clear approach
to your information.

What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address, signup date, the page you signed up from, and your optional newsletter preference. If you opt in, we record that time separately. Joining does not create a member account.

How it is used

We use this information to maintain Sooport’s launch-interest list and record your preferences. Newsletter and product-update consent is optional and unchecked by default. We are not sending newsletters or automatic signup emails yet.

Where it is stored

Brevo stores signup information for Sooport. The published website uses Cloudflare for hosting and request protection. These providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services, including IP addresses. We do not put email addresses in browser analytics events or use advertising trackers on this website.

Your choices

To request access, correction, removal, or a change to your newsletter preference, email hello@sooport.com. We may ask you to verify that you control the email address. Submitting the signup form again does not change existing preferences. Future newsletters will include an unsubscribe link.

We retain signup information while it is needed for the launch list and your chosen updates, unless you ask us to remove it. This notice will be updated as Sooport’s services change.
