01 / THE FOUNDER
From the tools to running the job.
Jonathan “Jono” Boyce is a construction superintendent originally from Dublin, Ireland. He began his career as a carpenter, worked in the Canadian construction industry, and later moved to the United States.
Managing projects brought the everyday challenges into focus: coordinating crews, documenting progress, solving problems, and keeping work moving with tools that do not always fit the job.
Sooport grows from that experience. It is being built to make the working lives of construction supervisors easier.
02 / THE EVOLUTION
Site support is the idea.
Digital tools are the starting point.
The vision reaches beyond software: practical help for the people leading work on site. That site-services idea has evolved into a digital starting point—tools, resources, and connections that can reach supervisors wherever they work.
Today, the focus is on developing useful tools and building a community. Free membership is planned. The daily report app and per diem calculator are still in development.
